RESERVATIONS are held with a deposit. We try to honor the same time periods for our standing guests' as many families have come for many generations. First choice to returning guests for reservations is honored until April 1st for the entire 2025 season, including fall weekends.
DEPOSITS of $50 per adult are due for weekend reservations and $100 per adult for week long stays by April 1st.
NEW GROUPS deposit required is $100 per adult & is non-refundable. This is due at the time of booking.
RATES AND PAYMENT. The daily rate includes all living expenses, including breakfast daily, select dinners, and use of all amenities. State and local taxes of 7.5% and a 15% service charge will be added to your bill. Additional gratuities to your serving and cleaning staff and at your discretion.
